The Office of Student Financial Aid provides financial aid to students who would be unable to attend the University without such assistance via a variety of financial aid programs that support the needs of students, their families, and other constituents.

Student Account Services
Student Account Services acts as a billing agent for the University of Kentucky. The staff can provide financial assistance regarding your tuition, loans and tax credit information. When you need assistance, customer service representatives are available to assist.

Student Emergency Fund
The Student Emergency Fund is available for students who are experiencing some unexpected financial need during the COVID-19 pandemic. If you are interested in accessing these funds or know someone who might need support please contact the Community of Concern Office.
Short-term Loans
Short-term loans are available from the Student Financial Aid Office. Contact your financial aid counselor to discuss eligibility.

Healthy at Home Utility Relief Fund
Healthy at Home Utility Relief Fund provides relief to Kentuckians affected by COVID-19 that need assistance with their water, wastewater, electric, or natural gas service. Kentucky’s Community Action Network is partnering with Team Kentucky to distribute these funds statewide. Available until December 30, 2020.
